Assessments are due the first day of each month.

Account numbers

When making payments, note that the management company ID is 6616 and the association ID is PLT. Your property account number can be found on a statement, payment coupon, recent mailer, or by contacting the management company.

Payment Options

Recurring payments (no fee)

The recommended payment method is to create an account at Alliance Association Bank and schedule recurring payments.

By eCheck (no fee)

One-time payments can be made by eCheck at Alliance Association Bank.

By mail (no fee)

To make a one-time payment by paper check, include your property account number in the memo section, write your check payable to “Pattison Lake Townhomes Association,” and mail to:

By credit or debit card (3% or $5 fee)

One-time payments can be made by credit or debit card by clicking here. This payment method charges fees that can be avoided by using the other payment methods above. The credit card fee is 3% and the debit card fee is $5.00.

By web portal (3.95% or $2.95 fee)

Payments may be made by eCheck or credit/debit card using the web portal. This payment method charges fees that can be avoided by using the other payment methods above. The credit/debit card fee is 3.95% and the eCheck fee is $2.95.
