Landscaping

The Association is responsible for maintaining and altering landscaping around the community.

Irrigation

The community does not have a sprinkler system. Homeowners are encouraged, but not required, to water the areas around their units. The Association is in the process of refurbishing landscapes to require less water.

City of Lacey Watering Schedule

In order to conserve water, the City of Lacey requires that homeowners water only on certain days during the summer months (June, July, August, and September).

Addresses ending with an odd number can water and irrigate outdoors on: Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays	Addresses ending with an even number can water and irrigate outdoors on: Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
