2. The Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act (chapter 24.03A RCW)
3. The CC&Rs
4. The Articles of Incorporation
5. The Bylaws
6. The Rules and Regulations

New homeowners should receive a copy of the CC&Rs, the bylaws, and the rules and regulations from their realtor as part of the homebuying process. Renters should receive a copy from their landlord.
